Workshops and Training's
Each workshop module involves both puppet making and puppetry performance skills. The participants also work with different types of materials and puppetry styles to construct a wide range of puppets. All workshops culminate with a presentation of the work done and produced during the training programs. The training modules can be designed around the curriculum and catered to fit for children and adults of all ages.
Training Modules
Basic Hands-on
Duration: 3 – 7 days (2 hours per day)
This short duration workshop gives the participants an experience on how to make basic puppets with the use of waste and recyclable materials.

Puppet Lab Experiments
Duration: 1 month (3 hours per day)
This training focuses on working with a wide range of materials and also covers the various classifications of puppetry.

Advanced Workshop ( 2 hours each day)
Duration: As per requirements
In this training programme, participants gets to learn how to put together a full-length professional production. Script writing, storyboarding, puppet making & manipulation and improvisations with the puppets are covered in detail.

Summer Workshop
Duration: As per requirements
Through various exercises and games, participants learn to stage a simple show by creating characters, writing dialogues and building their puppet characters within a short time.

Apprenticeship
People who are interested in puppetry can work with us by assisting us in our workshops and performances while learning the trade simultaneously.

Teacher’s Training Programme

The training provides teachers and educators insight on puppetry and masks as a tool for education. They are guided through all aspects of puppetry to arm them with the necessary resources for classroom teaching. Teachers are also encouraged to create their own show at the end of the workshop.
